The SyncroPlus is a fully-synchronized transmission with 12 forward and four reverse gears or an optional 16 forward and 16 reverse gears with mechanical reverser.u00a0The fully-synchronized transmission allows the operator to shift between speeds and ranges while the tractor is still moving by engaging the clutch, selecting a different range or speed and releasing the clutch.u00a0u00a0The transmission is very easy to engage and select the new gear.
